General Manager for a Poultry Breeding & Hatchery Company – Relocation to Nigeria.

About the Role:
- Full responsibility for production, breeding, hatcheries, logistics, finance and sales at a breeding operation that produces tens of millions of chicks per year.
- Setting procedures, performance metrics and budgets, and instilling organizational order.
- Building and maintaining relationships with farms and distributors, managing long-term contracts and expanding the customer portfolio.
- Direct management of the senior leadership team (≈10 managers) and overall responsibility for about 600 employees.
- Hybrid field-and-office position.

Mandatory Requirements:
- 7+ years as a general manager / operations manager / senior executive in breeding, hatchery or comparable biological-production companies (e.g., aquaculture or feed-mill operations).
- Relevant education: Biology, Life Sciences, Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine or Industrial Engineering and Management with an agricultural background.
- Hands-on biological expertise in breeding, hatching, nutrition and poultry health (or in a similar biological industry) with the ability to close knowledge gaps quickly.
- Proven experience in process design, budget management and operational optimization.
- Fluent English, willingness for full relocation and intensive field work.
