Job Purpose:
To manage our Nursery, improve seedling quality, and systemize the Nursery's way of working.
Coordinate OPS unit projects through multiple interfaces and professionals. Verify that processes and investments are aligned with legal requirements.
Leading OPS Safety and quality roadmap. Leading purchasing processes and seasonal recruitment processes.
Support planning and process improvement.
Professional Responsibilities:
Own Berurim Farm Nursery growth readiness. Verify improvement of seedling quality and define a systematic process.
Assure seasonal labor plans (annual, per season, actual) and recruitment execution are aligned with OPS managers.
Lead OPS investments projects to execution on time and within budget, coordinate with OPS managers and other interfaces.
Verify Ops projects are aligned with supporting functions (Legal, HR, Finance, etc.).
Lead systems projects, new processes implementations, equipment installation.
Leading seasonal teams recruiting plan, agreements, Season ongoing needs and coordination.
Define, adjust and document business processes (work instructions, process flows, etc.) to support the operation and controlling methodologies.
Personal Capabilities and skills:
Agronomy background
Project management proven experience
Advanced planning capabilities (models in excel, ERP systems preferred)
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder groups
High energy and ability to multi-task
Excellent Communication skills, Both Verbal and Written

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy (Preferred)/Industrial Engineering (Optional) or related field (M.Sc. preferred)
8+ experience as a Team Manager (Farms management, project teams, etc.)
Experience process design, process modelling and process improvement.
Planning and reporting experience (ERP systems preferred)
Computer Literate
Other requirements:
Fluent Hebrew and English
Dutch (Advantage)
