Role Description

We're seeking a seasoned International Sales Manager to oversee our U.S. and EU markets, as part of our dynamic team. This is a golden opportunity for a sales expert aiming to scale their career in a fast-paced startup environment.

This full-time, hybrid role involves cultivating new and existing international partnerships. The core responsibilities include business development, sales target achievement, and delivering unparalleled customer service. While the role is primarily based at our Rehovot office, flexible work-from-home options are available.

Key Responsibilities:

Scout and penetrate new markets, focusing particularly on Europe and the U.S.
Craft and execute data-driven sales strategies.
Nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders and prospective clients.
Evaluate sales metrics to gauge performance and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Present precise sales projections and analytics to the leadership team.

Qualifications

Mandatory experience in AgriTech, either in a sales capacity or as an agronomist.
Minimum of 3 years in sales is required.
Fluency in English is essential.
Willingness to travel internationally approximately 35% of the time.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for relationship-building.
Track record of achieving international sales targets.
Capacity for independent work and effective task prioritization.
Horticultural industry experience is a plus.
Robust problem-solving skills, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
