Export Customer Account Referent
Job description:
• Customer and Sales Account management for the Export Department.
• Handling export related activities associated with international customers.
• Communication and correspondence (verbal and written) with relevant customer’s representatives abroad.
• Managing RFQs, tenders, bids, and quotations processes.
• Focal point for customer inquiries- commercial, supply and quality aspects according to customer’s requirements.
• Focus on the international automotive industry (OEMs and Tiers 1 and 2).
Job requirements:
• English at mother tongue level (reading, writing and speaking)
• Additional foreign languages- an advantage.
• Experience in working with international companies/customers- a must.
• Experience with companies in the automotive sector abroad– a major advantage.
• Extensive experience in sales orders, customer service/support and export logistics– a must (at least 2 years).
• Relevant bachelor's degree (marketing, sales or logistics)- an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (emphasis on Excel), ERP – a must.
