Agrited - a leading, fully integrated poultry and agribusiness company in Nigeria - is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Department Manager to lead and develop its non-farming product portfolio, including vaccines, premixes, vitamins, and additives.

This is a senior leadership role with real responsibility and significant room for impact. The focus is on building structure, strengthening market presence, and leading commercial activity in a complex and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish, grow, and manage a profitable non-farming product line serving the Nigerian poultry industry.
- Provide strategic leadership, management, and supervision of the national sales and marketing team.
- Develop and implement structured sales plans, competitive pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives to fully realize the commercial potential of the product portfolio.
- Lead commercial input into product development and go-to-market decisions, including product positioning, packaging direction, and branding, based on market demand.
- Drive the company’s digital and marketing presence to strengthen market visibility and commercial impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and professional forums.

Who We’re Looking For:

- A senior sales and marketing professional with strong commercial judgment and a proven ability to turn market potential into profitable growth.
- Experience with technical products in agribusiness, poultry, veterinary, or similar sectors is an advantage, but strong commercial capability and a willingness to learn new technical domains are equally important.
Independent, practical, and solution-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English required.
- Prior experience working in Africa is an advantage.
